Wearing a sleeveless pastel orange blouse and a long, shiny, pleated green satin skirt, Redhead Kate Star looks like she is ready for a day out shopping but we wonder, as she is wearing that green skirt of hers, is she wearing green knickers beneath it. Love the outfit and the ripping but this is so overexposed (and oversaturated). It gives serious eyesore. Pitty.
