Peter makes a good point! Many of us crave tights or pantyhose because today's women never wear then anymore.
If I were cruising a bar for a pick up, and there's a dozen hot women with bare legs and one average woman wearing pantyhose, I would pick the one in the pantyhose every time! Are you reading this ladies??
