Arsenal Can Still Win The League
I still genuinely believe this. For one thing, we've won two games on the trot since drawing to Everton, losing to Man City and drawing with Chelsea. In seasons gone by, we would probably have continued to fail to win for a few more games after that run of games.
Having said that, Wenger has made some, imho strange decisions recently that have irritated me. Firstly, why did he go for all out attack away to Man City and defence at home to Chelsea? The Man City game came after the mid week Napoli defeat. Not only were the players lethargic and probably had their confidence dented, but Man City are formidable at home. I would have done this the other way around: defensive away to City, attacking Chelsea at home. Chelsea are not in the greatest form and are lacking in the striking department. But not only does Wenger go defensive at home to Chelsea, he proceeds to make no substitutions in a match where the team played with a good deal of lethargy towards the end. Bizarre.
On the plus side, the January transfer window is just around the corner...
