Benefit Fraudster - Done

This could be an easy one. Girl A is expecting a home visit from Girl B, a Benefits Agency assessor. Girl A thinks she is being assessed for more benefits, but Girl B is coming to confront her for benefit fraud. Girl B is dressed in a sharp but plain office suit and blouse, with a very short skirt, tights and stiletto heels. She has her hair scraped tightly back into a tight bun and could have glasses. She looks very plain, prudish, businesslike and dour.

When Girl A realises the gig is up, she chloros Girl B, strips her, ties and gags her on the floor with a scarf/cloth gag. She then puts on Girl B's whole outfit, tights, shoes and glasses, ties her hair back like Girl B and leaves to go on the run.

If possible, it would be hot if Girl B could wake up halfway through the stripping/tying process, and then has to be chloroformed again. Of course, she wakes up in time for the grand finale!

Could the victim be wearing thick black opaque tights? We haven't seen these in a set yet and I think it would make a nice change but yet be sexy at the same time.
