10th Street Gang Clothes steal Scenario: Estate Agent replacement - done

Hi All,

Thread title should read Estate Agent replacement (can't edit).

Usual cavat If scenario done at all DiP can use, adapt or change whatever they want.

Type:Premeditated replacement clothes steal
Location:Studio
Clothes:
Target - Business suit,bra,black hold ups,handbag etc
Villainess - Scuffy jeans,trainers,T-shirt,bra not necessary.
Models: as available,model playing EA should be well presented,hair neat and tidy etc.Model playing gang member have messy 'glam' hair (e.g.Elle -P or Bexey Mar type,no offence intended).I have used Elle as the villainesses name for convenience.
As a 10th Street gang member she should act a bit aggressive and mean towards the target once in control rather than cool and polite (professional con-woman/thief -IBC scenario) or cold and efficient (spy/agent scenario).

Synopsis
The 10th street gang want to rob some high class furnished appartments rented out to City banks for visiting clients.They intend to pose as maintenance men.Estate Agent Debbie Brown is used by the banks to show clients around and has the keys and security codes for these pads.Who is going to question maintenance men if they are escorted by another smart EA with the Keys and codes?

Scene One
Location:not important.
1.Opening shot Elle-P on phone (possibly smoking)
Conversation "Sam,yeah It's me,don't worry,I know the time,she always works late today,I'm just about to pay her a visit, Course I can do it Sam,and your'll be ready with the truck? cool,I'll phone when I'm ready"
2.She ends conversation,puts out cigarette,smiles.Scene ends.

Scene Two
Location:Office with filing cabinet desk and two chairs.
Blank screen with 'Mather & Brown Estate Agent's Office 8.00 p.m.As usual Debbie Brown is working late.'

1.Debbie Brown sits at desk typing on laptop.The internal phone goes "Hello yes?A courier delivery?at this time? well OK, I'll buzz you in".
2.After a few moments there's a knock on door,Elle enters scruffly dressed with a largeish box.
3.Elle "Sorry It's so late" and puts the box on the table.
D.M."Where's the signing sheet?"
Elle "Oh it must be in the box"
4.D.M. opens the box and looks puzzled she pulls out a blonde wig "What's the meaning of this?"
5.Close up Head shot of Debbie,gun appears pressed against her temple and a learing Elle-P "It means I want to see if blondes do have more fun and your going to help me!"
5.Back to full view of scene.Debbie "What's the meaning of this,we don't have any money in the office"
Elle "It's not money I'm after now strip"
6.Debbie strips.Usual complaints "Why are you doing this/You'll never get away with it" etc.
7.Once undressed Elle gets Debbie to sit in the chair,gets binding tape out of the box and ties her up.
8.Elle "Now you comfortable I need some information" she takes the gun and puts it to Debbie's head "Where are the keys and swipe cards for Anderson Court?"
"What do you want those for?"
"Never you mind just tell me"
Debbie nods towards the filing cabinet,Elle goes to it "Which draw?"
"The top one",Elle opens it and takes out a bunch of keys and a wad of security swipe cards."Is this all of them?they'll open all the apartments?"Debbie nods.Elle takes them and puts the on the table.
9.Elle now takes out a broad white cloth and gags the unfortunate Debbie (not cleave)."This will keep you quiet,now to play a little game of dress up"
10.Elle strips herself and puts on the Estate Agents clothes but not the jacket.
11.Elle takes out of the box the wig,wig cap and portable mirror (I think DiP have one).She puts the box on the floor,sits in the spare chair opposite the bound Debbie.
12.She sets up the portable mirror and proceeds to put her hair up,don the wig and style it to look right (Kris in 'Help for Holly' is a good template to use)
13.Whilst she's doing this Debbie is muffled protesting.Elle finishes and says "What do you think?much smarter don't you think?".Muffled protest in reply.
14.She stands up and puts on the jacket and makes sure she looks the part in the mirror.She looks at Debbie and says "What do you think/How do I look?"
15.Elle put the mirror back in the box and takes out a large cotton wool pad and a small bottle.She puts them on the table.
16.She collects all her own clothing puts them in the box and throws it in the corner of the room."I won't be needing them anymore".
17.She takes Debbie's hand bag (hanging on the back of Debbies chair) and takes the keys and security code swipe cards and put the in the bag.She takes out a pair of slim black gloves slings the bag over her shoulder.
18.Elle takes the pad and librally pours the contents of the bottle over it.Whilst she does this she says "Now you've been so helpful but we don't want you possibly escaping and calling the cops".Debbie is protesting during this.
19.Elle takes a sniff of the pad and recoils at the smell and moves round the back of Debbie "It's either this or a bang on the head".
20.She swiftly clamps the pad over Debbie's nose and mouth.Debbie protests,tries to jerk her head away from the pad but Elle maintains it "Shhh,There's a good girl,it's only chlorofrom,breath deeply and it will all be over"Debbies movements and vocals become more laboured till she eye rolls and goes out with a long sigh.Saphire was a good example when sudued by Frankie in a recent release.
21.Elle quickly puts the pad and bottle in her handbag "Might need this later".
22.She pulls out a mobile and speed dials "Hi Sam,sweet as you like,yeah I've got the keys and codes,meet you in half an hour,I think you'll like my new look."
23.She ends call and goes to leave,pausing she returns to the desk and 'rips' the phone from it's socket.
24.She smiles at the unconcious Debbie,pats her new 'hair' and leaves.

Alternative take down - Chloro.

As above till Debbie opens box and lifts out wig "What's the meaning of this?" Elle's reply "It means I want to see if blondes do have more fun and your going to help me!"then:
1.Elle clamps chloro pad over Debbies nose/mouth and subdues her (See recent Frankie/Saphire release for good example)
Elle says "Shhh,Don't worry love,it's only chloroform" etc.
2.Elle strips the Estate Agent and binds her in the chair.
3.She strips herself and puts on Debbie's clothing minus jacket.
4.Blonde wig,wig cap and mirror out of box,sits in chair,hair up,wig on,style to look right ('Help for Holly' template).
5.Once happy stands up puts jacket on and checks herself in mirror to make sure she looks smart.
6.Debbie starts to come around and says "What the....whats going on?"
Elle (pleased) "Ahh,your awake,so what do you think?How do I look?"Debbie struggles and voices her displeasure.
7.Elle "Now,now,you've been really helpful now all I need is one more thing "Where are the keys and swipe cards for Anderson Court?"
"What do you want those for?"
"Never you mind just tell me"
Debbie nods towards the filing cabinet,Elle goes to it "Which draw?"

8.Debbie "You'll never get away with it"Elle gets a white cloth gag from the box "Oh,I think we will" she gags Debbie "As long as I look the part (she pats her new 'hair') whose going to take a second look at a smart Estate Agent?"
9.Elle collects all her clothes puts them in the box along with the mirror and throws them in the corner "Won't need them anymore".
10.Elle quickly puts the pad and bottle in her handbag "Might need this later".
11.She pulls out a mobile and speed dials "Hi Sam,sweet as you like,yeah I've got the keys and codes,meet you in half an hour,I think you'll like my new look."
12.She ends call,pats Debbie on the cheek "Now you be a good girl" (Debbie squirms and muffled protest) and goes to leave,pausing she returns to the desk and 'rips' the phone from it's socket."Just in case" she says.
13.She smiles and leaves.
14.Final shot of Debbie squirming and muffled protest.Scene ends.

Couple of points:
1.I think this scenario could be adapted for a house location (can post plotline if required).
2.The colour of wig depends on the model used.As to the type smart short bobs would be good though as this is a civillian clothes steal either a medium length brunette (Evey in 'Car Park') or medium length blonde (Tammie Lee in 'Standby',Cindy in 'Cheerleader' or Kris in 'Ticket out') would be OK.
3.I think this scenario could be adapted for an IBC scheme than 10th street (no gang break in just professional thief wanting access to High end apartments to get information for them etc).But then you wouldn't get the contrast between scruffy villainess turned smart and professional.
4.I'm sure it could be adapted to suit a scenario with uniforms (military - spy variation),Security Officer etc).Again can post storyline if required.Really it comes down to getting the right looking model for the part e.g.Whilst Elle makes a great 10th street gang I can't quite see her as a spy etc. and the way whichever model used plays the part (as outlined at the beginning -aggressive and mean v cold and efficient etc).

Anyway,I've got the Judge blackmail,Security Officer in Debt and the three hander Prisoner escape from hospital scenarios almost complete so I'll be posting them soon.

Final point,I notice that there have recently been posted some great US scenario ideas by other members.I say this here because I don't know the etiquette if it's allowed to post in the relevant thread with comments/issue solutions raised or only DiP may respond.If someone could give me a stear that would be great.
