Unable to log in

Just signed up for FF but my pass word and or user name are not working. Plus, seems I forgot to untick the offer to some other site that I'm not interested in. Could you please check out the former and cancel/refund me for the latter.

And further. Due to repeated attempts to log in to FF, it now seems as if I'm blocked from SSR too.

OK, so, on the off chance, I tried FF one last time about 2300/0000 and lo and behold the white screen telling me I had been blocked had gone and I was straight in.

Presumably someone did something so thanks for that.
