Would this idea be better. What if the prisoner once nude get into a bit of a fight with the officer and knocks her out.
This part I don't really understand why the office takes her shirt of -

This is after she strips her shirt off in front of the inmate.Who has now removed her cuffs then picks up a cloth from a desk drawer.(Along with some rope, used for discipline of inmates). She Strikes the policewoman from behind with chloroform then the cuffs. She then pulls the wpc shirt of the floor, taking of a rank slide and strips the policewomen for the rest of the uniform.
